How much do the services cost?
The cost of each service differs based on its type (translation, content wri ng, designing …etc.). When you raise a request for a certain service our team reviews the type and the bulk of work and gets back to you with a quotation.
Is the translation computer-based?
Lughatkom's main unique feature is offering professional human translation. We lead a team of expert translators who have rich experiences in the translation field. Thus, we guarantee full professional human translation to each of your documents.
What is the difference between your translation packages?
We provide two translation packages: Light, and Premium. Each is designed for a different level of detail and purpose:

  • Premium: A fully comprehensive service managed by a team of specialists, perfect for complex or long projects that require maximum accuracy.
Do you translate websites?
Yes, we do. Our translation services go beyond documents, we localize full websites, adapting content, tone, and SEO keywords to ensure your brand's visibility and cultural accuracy in every language.
Do you translate legal and official documents?
Yes, we handle legal and official documents including contracts, certificates, and formal letters with certified linguists. This service can also be provided through our Instant Translation option for short documents (up to two pages).
What languages do you cover?
We currently support translation in more than 20 languages, including Arabic, English, French, Spanish, and Turkish — with additional languages available upon request.
What is the difference between simultaneous and consecutive interpretation?
Simultaneous interpretation happens in real-time, where the interpreter speaks at the same time as the speaker ideal for conferences and live events. Consecutive interpretation occurs after the speaker finishes each segment ideal for meetings, interviews, and smaller settings.
Do you provide full design services for B2B and B2C?

Delivery time depends on file size and complexity, as some projects are completed within 24–72 hours.
How long does content writing take?
It depends on the project's scope and creative depth. Most content writing services take between 5 to 30 days, depending on complexity and review cycles.
How will I receive the final work?
Your files are delivered via secure email or your private client dashboard, in your preferred format (Word, PDF, PowerPoint, etc.).
Who performs the translation work?
Every project is handled by certified linguists and subject experts, then reviewed by a senior proofreader and quality controller before delivery. We never use machine translation for final deliverables only for assisted translation memory when appropriate.
How do you ensure quality?
Each project follows a three-step process translation, proofreading, and quality assurance. We also maintain a dedicated terminology and style guide for each client to ensure consistency across projects.
Is my content secure and confidential?
Yes. All files and data are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We use encrypted file systems and sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for every project.

How is the payment processed?
Once your service request is approved, the payment amount is securely held but not charged until you approve the final delivery and the project is officially closed. This guarantees full satisfaction before payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via major credit cards, bank transfers, and online gateways. Invoices are issued digitally for full transparency.
Do you draw long-term translation contracts with companies?
Yes, we do. Lughatkom provides B2B contracts and corporate partnerships, offering special rates and dedicated support to maintain long-term collaboration and trust.
Can you handle specialized documents (medical, legal, technical)?

Can I request a revision after delivery?
Yes, absolutely. We offer a free revision window to ensure your full satisfaction. All revisions are handled by the same linguist and reviewer for consistency.
