- Join Us (linguist application) form: your full name, phone number, email address, languages, years of experience, specialities, the role you are applying for, and the CV or portfolio file you upload.
- Emails you send us: the content of your message and your contact details.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- reply to your questions and send quotes you request;
- review your application to join our network of linguists, writers and designers, and contact you about it;
- deliver and improve our services;
- meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can access it
Your information is accessed only by the Lughatkom team members who need it to respond to you or review your application. We may use trusted service providers (for example, hosting and email providers) who process data on our behalf and are required to keep it secure and confidential. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Files and documents
CVs and portfolios you upload are used only to assess your application. Documents you share with us for a project are handled confidentially and used only to deliver that project.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display our typefaces, pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s IP address as part of that request. Links to our social media pages and to the Lughatkom platform (platform.lughatkom.com) are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep applications for as long as they are relevant to our recruitment, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
